When you think of the vespa™ you're probably thinking of the VBB Sportique. With its rounded headlamp and curved panels, its been turning heads for more than 40 years. Built between 1960 and 1967 over 270,000 VBB’s were produced. The VBB offers great performance reaching speeds of 53 mph. Fuel efficient as well, over 100 mpg. Parts are easy to come by even vespa™ themselves continue to make parts for them so maintaining one is fairly simple. 150cc, also available 125cc on request. |

These scooters are comfortable, reliable and useable in today’s traffic. They are a lot more refined than earlier models- the VBB was the first standard Vespa™ to have a 4 speed gearbox. We equip the VBB with later 10 inch wheels and 12 volt electrics, this gives improved brighter lights and improved starting. The standard specs on our restorations are as follows. Stainless Steel Side Panel Protector Trims Stainless Steel Mudguard Protector Trim Chrome plated wheels x 3 Chrome plated Stand We offer genuine 1960's Italian built vespas™ beautifully restored back to showroom condition and avaiable in any colour your like or we offer the 4 original stock colours. ENGINE UPGRADES, we offer the following engine upgrades - Option 1 - 12v Electronic Ignition Upgrade, we replace the original flywheel and generator stator for an electronic type. This gives a massive improvement on the starting, brighter lights, better fuel economy and because the new flywheel weighs 1/3 less than the original you get faster acceleration. A superb upgrade and highly recommended. Option 2 - Full engine upgrade, replace your original engine for a brand new 3 or 5 port reedvalve engine. A new engine offers faster speed approx +10mph, 12v electronic ignition, reliability, brighter lights and better starting. If you intend to use your scoot for daily travel we recommend this upgrade option. No changes are required to the frame so it looks identical to the original. All our Scooters undergo a 100 point nut and bolt restorations. We start with original unmodified matching number scooters. The scooters are stripped right down to their component parts prior to a full 1st Class restoration. Each of our bikes has an average of 1,870 man hours spent on them by a team of 38 enthusiasts. Highly trained, each with many years – if not decades of experience in restoration, most are proud Vespa™ owners and club members too! |
